EUCLEIA TabScan S8 is a high version automotive intelligent dual-Modetabscan s8 diagnostic system that more powerful than others in the industry. This post will guide you how to use EUCLEIA TabScan S8 with the J2534 diagnostic kit to start diagnosis.
There are 2 ways to start diagnosis:
1. Universal diagnostic steps
Step 1. Connect the female adapter of the test mainline to the vehicle data interface of the wiScan J2534 diagnostic kit and tighten the external screw. Connect the 16-Pin adapter of the test mainline to the vehicle diagnostic base which is usually located underneath the dashboard.
Step 2. Turn on the tablet, make sure the tablet is fully charged or it is connected to an external power supply prior to usage. Then click on "TabScan".
Step 3. Via Bluetooth pairing of "wiScan Manager" or USB2.0 communication to establish the connection between tablet and J2534 kit. After the successful connection, the icon on the main interface become "

Step 4. The device was ready. Please feel free to do "Diagnosis", "Service" and "Coding".
2. Original manufacturer diagnostic steps
Step 1. Download and install the newest PC driver of J2534 diagnostic kit from the official web, After a successful installation, check Device Manager to see the T6 device.
Step 2. Connect the female adapter of the test mainline to the vehicle data interface of the wiScan J2534 diagnostic kit and tighten the external screw. Connect the 16-pin adapter of the test mainline to the vehicle diagnostic base which is usually located underneath the dashboard.
Step 3. Connect the Type-A connector of the USB cable to the PC and connect the Type-B connector to the J2534 diagnostic kit. Then, the USB indicator light turns green.
Step 4. Start the third party and the original factory diagnostic software compatible with J2534, and set the lower machine box in the software as the T6 device. When the diagnostic software is connected to the diagnostic software, the Vehicle green light flashes.
